What really stood out during our stay was how genuinely kind and welcoming the staff were. From the moment we checked in, it felt like they were truly happy to have us there. Later that evening, we had some unexpectedly loud neighbors—not a party, just talkative. I hesitated to say anything, but when I asked about changing rooms, the woman at the desk was incredibly understanding and kind. Within five minutes, we were comfortably settled into a quieter room, and she made sure we didn’t feel bad for asking. It’s rare to feel that appreciated as a guest. The customer service here truly exceeded expectations.

Met the purpose for this trip. Like that it was pet friendly.
Restaurant staff was rude, pancakes were raw and the voucher was for breakfast only. If it had a value of $9.99 you should be able to use it for anything on the menu not just breakfast items.
