The room itself was outstanding and the hosts were great. Clare and Kelly were great.
Our first stay at a B&B. Confronting at first to be in someones house but Clare quickly put us at ease.

Clare and Kelly treated us like family from the time we walked in the door. Traditional tea and biscuits served on the back veranda on arrival. Clare is a great host and provided us with a map and points of interest plus things to see and do during our visit. Breakfast was exceptional and there was fresh fruit and a different hot dish each morning. Kelly is a great cook. Our room was spacious and comfortable with king bed and ensuite.

The breakfast far surpassed my expectations and was absolutely delicious! How do you beat smoked salmon eggs Benedict al fresco! I very much enjoyed my time in and by the beautiful pool! Clare & Kelly are amazing hosts!

Beautiful home cooked breakfast. Lovely fresh fruit and different cooked course every day. Lovely quiet location with on site pool. Claire, the owner made us very welcome, nothing was too much effort. We will return.

This was a very charming b&b, with a lovely pool in the back and an excellent view from the back patio. Rooms were clean and cozy. Claire & Kelly Sulcoy, the owners, were gracious hosts. Their delicious afternoon tea and breakfast feast as well as the small bottle of sherry in the rooms were all thoughtful touches that helped enhance our stay. The b&b is located ~7-10 min drive to downtown Kelowna, in a quiet residential neighborhood. I would highly recommend this b&b.

Felt like I was in England again. The type of place you suggest to your best friends immediately because they have to experience it too. So many details. Afternoon tea when you arrive sets your vacation to a really positive start. Its so lovely. The breakfast is delicious and you can tell its made with a lot of care. A place that takes you a bit out of reality. Kelly is the nicest person, the best chef and so full of knowledge. Clare brings in the joy, the amazing scones and keeping an impeccable place. The pool is beautiful and heated. Actually heated. The mattress is the most comfortable Ive ever slept in. No exaggerations. My body melted every time I laid down in bed. The shower is powerful and hot. Its quiet and surrounded by greenery. My partner and I are both women and felt very comfortable. Its a 10/10 in every aspect. Ill be back!

Food was amazing. The owners are fabulous people. Very accommodating and over and above service !!! I had to stay longer than expected and they were so flexible. Allowed me to stay! Wonderful wonderful people. I loved Toby the resident cat :))
There wasnt anything I didnt like. Super place. Super hosts. I wish I had had more time to spend at the facility but was there on a family matter.

Thanks to Clare and Kelly for welcoming us so warmly, and making our stay so comfortable. We were greeted with freshly baked scones and tea, and breakfast was beautifully presented and delicious. We appreciated Clare's assistance with finding places that we wanted to visit, and suggestions about where to walk our dog.

The breakfasts were superb. Each day we had something different one day eggs Benedict the next day pancakes third day scrambled eggs and bacon with toast and each day we also had a bowl of fruit before the main meal. Chef Kelly did an excellent job. Claire was a real joy and they were very thoughtful of my dogs.I had a thoroughly Delightful weekend while exploring Kelowna, Kamloops & Penticton. Would highly recommend it and wouldnt think twice about staying there again. Was a little out of town so you do need a car
