Very spacious room, comfortable beds. Very clean hotel. We checked in very late and it was just a code to get in the front door, no issue there. Free wifi is always welcome.
I couldn't figure out how to turn the shower on! That's probably on me though. Also I'm pretty sure last time I was here there was a breakfast served -- not this time though. Oh well.

I don’t think we knew there WAS breakfast.
We left very early though too.
The owner was SUPER FRIENDLY and HELPFUL We enjoyed visiting w/him. We LIKE supporting small businesses.
Maybe hire a couple of local HS kids that have a yard business and have them weed and spruce up especially the front entrance area. First impressions are right there at the front of your Inn.?
Also… we suggest new doorknobs on the bathrooms that are easier to lock and UNLOCK.?

Our room was clean and spacious with a decent amount of privacy.
There was a code to get inside the house which could be inconvenient at times. The home and our suite was somewhat dated. The dispensers in the shower were not working properly. The TV was not working in our room.

Two large kitchens and lots of communal areas. More like an upscale youth hostel. Location is convenient if taking the ferry the next day

The bed sheets were stained and potentially not even cleaned, either way they just seemed dirty. With fees and taxes 150 a night was too much.

Wonderful
Great location in a nice quiet farm area while accessible to amenities and travel connections.
Property offers everything you need for a reasonable rate and the host Ted does a great job of keeping everything running smoothly. He was very personable and accommodating.

The room is in a stunning house. The bathrooms are shared, but there were two. We were comfortable and had everything we needed. The location: it is in the middle of "nowhere" but really close to the ferry, which we needed. Overall great value.

It’s a huge, spacious home with 14(?) bedrooms. The feel is more like an adult hostel than hotel due to it being inside a home. And Ted, the manager, is super attentive and helpful!
Even though it seemed rather far from Vancouver, having a vehicle, it’s actually not a bad drive.
The cupboards and drawers with dishes in the common space seem like they could be cleaner.

Good location if you are catching the ferry!
Sharing a messy, wet bathroom where others that are not respecting cleanliness.
Common area tables were dirty. Host was nice, and assisted with entry code as not simplistic.
Would not stay again.

Spacious and clean room and bathroom. Close
To ferry and outlet mall. Fit family of 5 in one room comfortably.
It could use some updating and repair. It seemed old and dated. Nothing major but very squeaky bed frame on one bed, broken light fixture that worked but just didn’t look nice etc.
