The room was clean and comfortable.
The front desk clerk announced what room I was in while a person (male) was standing behind me waiting to be checked in. That is a big NO-NO for safety reasons, especially because I was a female traveling alone. These hotels need to train their employees NOT to do that!

We lived in this hotel with our kids for 8 days, and everything was great. I would highly recommend this place to families. The room was perfect for a family of four. It's furnished with up to date appliances, such as USB and type-c charging ports, microwave, fridge, and powerful hair dryer. Furniture and appliances look newish and in good condition to use. We enjoyed the free breakfast that came with the room, although it's simple western style breakfast, there were enough choices and everything was fresh and delicious. My kids loved the waffle maker and pancake maker, they had a lot of fun building their own breakfast every morning. The staff were very friendly.
Location of the hotel is also great, with walk-able distance to wholesale stores, Danny's breakfast, lots of good restaurants, Metrotown center, and Royal Oak station, easy to go around.

each day - breakfast was sooo good, staff was friendly and the rooms were clean - beds were very comfortable.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Location convenient for work.
Room had fittings loose and it wasn't as clean as it could have been. It was definitely not worth the money that was paid for the night.

Breakfast was good. Not so many items ( no sausages)but include gluten free bread. good enough for me.
Pet friendly also was plus for us.
It was noisy. We heard people's talking right outside of our room during night and upstairs noise too.
