Adjustable room temerature that works. Having a bath tub, clean room, staff were friendly and accommodating. Price was right, and extra feautures like wifi+usb outlets at powered receptacles.
The pool and hot tub is only open from 10am to 10pm. Entry from main lobby. The change room is a washroom that has to be unlocked by lobby. It seems like a lot of detouring to enjoy the aquatics. My bath tub was really rough. And breakfast egss tasted off

24hr reception, last minute bookings, clean rooms, comfortable/modern rooms, economy pricing for extended stay.
No microwave, changed room numbers (not their fault just bad timing), gave 2 keys twice and both times I was given One key that didn't work while the other did.

We had a pet room. The room stunk so bad of urine that we could not stand it. We asked for another room as the location was perfect but there was none. Our dogs have never toileted in a house so we asked for a regular room but they would not do it. If you charge damage deposit you should use it to clean when damaged. Very disappointed.

Everything!! Very comfortable, great location, great staff!! Amazing views! Hot tub and pool was very relaxing, breakfast was very good (had more options than most hotels!) Phenomenal price!! Highly recommended, I will be coming back again in the future

Great location. VERY clean rooms. Very friendly new owners. Was able to accommodate us with being on the main floor. Center Court is really nice, with a decent size pool and a great view of the river bottom and high level bridge from the hot tub. Breakfast was good with juice, Coffee, eggs, bacon, toast, bagels, and cereal. Coffee was actually really nice. Will stay again.
Room very hot, and the owner told us they were trying to correct it. Our room had 2 double beds, and one side was very close to the wall. Very hard to get in and out of bed without climbing over the bed. Having some mobility issues was difficult. Hot tub wasn't very hot.

Room was dirty. Woman's finger nail on bathroom floor. Room didn't get cleaned next day still finger nail on floor.
