I liked how it was conveniently located to West Edmonton Mall, right across the street
I didn’t like the sketchy people hanging around. I’m really glad that the hotel has security there at night.

Really close to the mall so it was super simple to walk over to the mall to see the sights.
Old building and water marks on the ceiling . Someone needs to re do the ceiling asap

There was blood on the duvet and when we ask for a new one we were met with hostility for putting it on the floor and told there were other blankets in the closet. What we found had dust bunnies on them. The floor was also so dirty our feet turned black.

Incredibly loud with people yelling and screaming until after 11pm with nothing being done by hotel staff even when calling the front desk after 11pm to inform them.

That is should of been cleaner. The bathroom door was dirty you could other finger prints on it. Bathrooms should always have extra cleaning done. After people check out.

Disappointing
The only thing I like about the property is proximity to the mall because that was our destination.
The place was dirty and gross. The room was so stinky. It was unbelievable. They’re clean towels had long black hairs in them. There is dried soap chunk on the side of the tub. For the first time in my life, I actually came out of a hotel, smelling like it. Gross.

Everything was good. Location was prime.
Only thing I didn’t like was they couldn’t accommodate me a late checkout at the front desk. They made me wake up early to ask and even then I didn’t get it.

Location, location, location
Their driveway/entryway were full of slushy and black ice, that it's so hard to walk and they knew that most of the clients who book in this hotel will go to the mall, which is just across the road. We arrived Sunday and until we left it's still has slushy snow.
The first room that we got - both of the bedside lamp bulb in the middle of our beds were spoil and the room smells weird. The lady receptionist moved us to another room - in the ground floor that's much cleaner compared to the previous one.
