Location was amazing. Right downtown in the action. Walk to everything. Heritage Building with lots of history and character. Nice rooms. Nice beds, comfy. King rooms have robes. Breakfast is always good, although not included still worth it.( restaurant in hotel)
Check in was a little lukewarm. Receptionist was on a call taking reservations while everyone was standing around the desk waiting to check in. No eye contact or acknowledgement. Maybe next time put the call on hold and check in your guests first.

The bed was comfortable
The showers do not have doors on them; our bathroom door was broken; the windows did not align well when open or closed and not to mention how small they were; only a few of the lights in the room worked. We payed over a grand for 2 nights and they now are being stingy with the damage deposit we have to get back.

The location and the staff were wonderful.
No a/c in the rooms made it very hot. Parking was an extra expense of about $40 that we were not aware of.

Love where it is.
Coffee in the rooms is horrible. The coffee maker was okay but that coffee is terrible. I miss the complimentary breakfast. It was always the best around and now it is 16.99. Was much better as complimentary.
