It’s generally a noisy area so noise cancelling earphones etc. are a good idea.

Location is good. Check in was great.
Parking ticket in their own lot? A couple fighting a cage match next door all night and no one bothering to deal with it? So zero sleep from about 2-5 am…The rank smell of piss from your car right into the halls? All of the above? And zero response from the hotel…

Renovated room. Good location.
Soap dispenser in bathroom didn't work. Lumpy pillows. Not overly impressed with the quality of the mattress, which seemed too bouncy. Floor in bathroom slippery because water got on it -- no shower door. No microwave. Pretty basic room. No dedicated parking. Sketchy parking lot.

Excellent location. Clean and comfortable rooms.
Not happy with the construction that we were not made aware of prior to our stay or being woken up by said noise in the morning.

Lokation was good for our needs
The main reason for rating hotel is quality of sleep. There were only regular curtains which did not cover a window fully. As a result, bright Edmonton sun woke me up at 5am overall good
