Great location, good price.
Unclean and housekeeping was not done after we left at 9am and returned at around 4pm especially after staff said it would be done.

Beds were super comfy and staff was friendly at check in.
Tv remote wouldn't work, lamp and alarm clock were broken, tv had a crack in screen, room wasn't clean when we arrived ( hardened dry soap on side of tub, dirt in tub, hair all behind the bathroom door on floor ) door to room was hard to open an close due to it being damaged, breakfast was very minimal ( barely anything available )
Worst hotel I've stayed in that belongs to this chain of hotels. Very disappointed
I didn't complain as we got in fairly late like 11:00 p.m. so basically just needed a place to sleep but I would not recommend anyone stay here unless all they are doing is sleeping

Staff was friendly
Non smoking room wreaked of smoke. It was like someone was in our bathroom smoking.

my kids really enjoyed the pool with the giant waterslide, and were excited about the little arcade room. staff were friendly and accommodating! beds were comfortable
breakfast was a little disappointing, but can’t complain too much for the cost. and not really a fault of the hotel, but other families just sending their disrespectful kids down to the pool alone is a bummer!

The kids enjoyed playing in the pool
That they require a 200 dollar deposit immediately even when rooms paid for upfront an by credit card. Then you have to wait for your deposit back 2 to 5 days. Not immediately like its required. The continental breakfast room was so cramped and not much there. No towels in pool. But then tye fact that my son forgot his Nintendo switch in the room an I called to ask them about it and they were supposed to talk to housekeeping and call me back. But didnt hear back at all. The coffee pot hardly worked. The fridge didnt work. No room service even with a restaurant in the building. But kids had fun swimming an was at least cheaper then the water park. The window in the room was screwed shut and couldn't get fresh air in if you wanted. So in the end kids had fun swimming. But costed me a loss of a switch and after all said and done next time ill go to water park instead.

The coffee was OK. The waffles were OK but ran out.
Location was crowded. Food was running out couldn’t get any choices of food without lining up. People waited and left. It was too crowded without anything.
