Staff were Awsome doing amazing with what they had to work with
Very outdated tight narrow hallways very strong smell of urine on the second floor of bathrooms are extremely small. I feel like this whole place just needs to be completely redone. The stuff was great. You could hear everything, though in the room, kids screaming, and crying people next door.

The front counter staff and breakfast staff were always friendly and approachable. The cleaners were hard workers, as the towels were nice and white BUT they kicked in to AWESOME when I accidentally left my coffee travel mug which was a xmas gift so very important to get back. I called the hotel and team worked together and got my mug cleaned and returned safely! I was so relieved. The location is good.
This is nothing about the staff as they are doing their best - but this place is in HIGH need of renovations; or a serious rebuild. I had to ask to get moved from my first room because the room smelled very bad….just like an aged unclean human; not a dog or wet dog smell. It literally grossed me out that I decided to ask for a room change. Thankfully, the staff accommodated this request, even though it was difficult since i was travelling with my two small dogs. The next room was clean and had no overwhelming smells. But STILL, bathroom ceiling was peeling, the tub itself was cracked on the base, door locks were not working properly on my room; no usb plugs but extensions (so bring your own plug ins), Beddings and Towels were WHITE and fresh! Pet fee was refreshingly affordable. The hotel has smokers smell everywhere even though it has a no smoking policy.
All in all this hotel is a get what you pay for… the OWNERS (Wyndam) SERIOUSLY need to UP their game as many customers will come ONCE and not return since other accommodations are charging slightly more for nicer experiences. The parking roads around the hotel were a 4x4 experience due to snow, so be aware of slippery, wet conditions.

Very inexpensive rooms. Good value
Rooms were very old. Carpet had many stains and the entire building smelled like cigarette smoke.
