The location was good and the reception staff were kind, helpful, and always smiling.
"The breakfast was very disappointing. Among all the hotels I’ve stayed at, this was by far the worst breakfast experience. There were almost no options available, and the only thing I could have was coffee. Definitely needs improvement."

Its 15mins away from downtown and the price was really affordable
We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and, unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. At check-in, the receptionist was polite, but she seemed distracted. The deposit was supposed to be $100, yet I was charged $200. On top of that, she accidentally included my room rate with the deposit on the debit machine. I caught the mistake, and we had to redo the entire process, which took much longer than it should have. On our second day, more issues came up. After coming back from downtown, we bought food for dinner since the hotel provides a microwave in the room. While buying water from the vending machine, it broke while dispensing. The staff member did give us bottled water instead, which was appreciated. However, when we went back to our room, the microwave stopped working. I tried calling the front desk from the room phone, but it wasn’t working. I then used my cellphone and called three times—no one answered. Finally, I went down to the lobby and found the receptionist in the back. When I told her no one was answering the phone, she casually said she was “just doing something at the back.” If she was there, she could have easily answered the calls. I usually don’t mind small inconveniences, but with the deposit issue, broken vending machine, faulty microwave, non-working phone, and poor responsiveness from staff, the overall service made our stay less enjoyable than expected.
