Every time I check-in here, the receptionist charges my credit card again although I pay at the time of online booking via booking.com They are unable to verify my payment in spite of showing them the confirmation email.from.booking.com Breakfast MUST have options for diabetic guests. Include sugar-free options Ongoing road work for many months now right in front of the hotel causing a lot of traffic due to lane reduction

Wonderful
King Suite Studio with a full kitchen, including a full sized fridge/freezer, two hot stove burners, dishes, pots and you can borrow rice cookers, blenders, slow cooker exceeded our expectations. The only issue is that we didn’t find this gem of a hotel sooner.
Breakfast was good, very basic but it was very clean. I wish there were some fresh fruit options. The waffle machines were at full capacity, as there was a couple of hockey teams there, but we just went with the flow.

I came to town for surgery, the hotel was close by. It is a very nice place, I wish I could have used more of the facilities and options, such as breakfast, coffee. The cleaning staff were also amazing and very helpful
Being on medication not getting to go for breakfast, and sitting and having a coffee, also our room was directly across the road from CHOP steak house

Great location just off Ellerslie Road! Good parking! Nice reception and lobby, spacious room and large, sparkling clean and bright bathroom. Super comfy beds, quiet and secure. Nice breakfast in the morning. Easy checkout.

Very dirty comforter. It had somebody else’s pit mark, blood, and nasty stuff. Just found out on the last night of our stay.

Wonderful
Almost everything was great. The room was like having our own home away from home. Comfortable, clean, roomy, we’ll pointed. Staff was great. Especially Caroline in the breakfast area. Very helpful/nice person. They even have gluten free bread for breakfast, but you have to ask for it. We got this room at a reduced rate. We would not have paid full price, as that is very expensive for one night (like all hotels now). Hopefully we can get a good rate next time.
Room could have use a full length mirror, ironing board and a kettle. We used a pot to boil water for tea. It worked. The breakfast food was plentiful but the meat was a little on the cheap quality side. Other than that, everything was great.

Comfortable beds
Wear and tear, previous damage was patched, but still visible. Breakfast quality is low. Windows don’t open in 2 bd, no fresh air. HVAC would cycle from on (too cold) to off (too hot).
