When I pulled the blankets back there was blood on the sheets. When I went to get a refund I was told no. Then they kept my damage deposit.

At checkout, I found it a bit difficult to be calm, I got a phonecall that was so ignorant, I left without collecting my Deposit, anyway, all fair.

Very Poor
Rooms were stinky, mice were running inside the room. When I put this issue to manager, she was very rude to me. I ask numerus time then she change my room around 11.30 pm. Bur other room has same problem. I couldn't sleep all night. I will say, never book this hotel.
Stinky rooms, rude staff mice are running on beds and all over in rooms.
