Not much
The sheets were not clean, the bed was lumpy and too soft to sleep on, and there was a bug strip on the floor. The floors were grimy, and the toilet was so low that you were almost sitting on the floor. We ended up sleeping in our car in the parking lot.

It was spacious and like having your own apartment, the price a little for it being thrift lodge but other than that and the shady location a bonus is the breakfast and they don’t have a staff member watching you eat making you feel uncomfortable about the whole breakfast thing. The staff though ruined what might have been a much longer. We were intending on staying a month but they didn’t want to even admit that it was an option. When clearly by talking to other guests that stay there on monthly bases.
The staff I guess it was one guy but he was rude not trying to work with us at all. Made things very hard to understand.

The location was convenient, the room was basic, no heat the first night, was given an extra blanket and an electric heater, next night the furnace was on and the room was overly warm. The best part was the continental breakfast in a clean, remodeled room with lots of options.
No heat first night, one extra blanket provided and electric heater. I went to the mall the next day to buy a extra sweater and socks to wear. The next night the furnace was blasting and it was too hot.

The false pictures they have advertised
The actual room when we arrived was a complete different room than the photos they have posted on their website I have photos for reference, the vents in the photo are boiler heaters along the bottom the actual room had vents in the floor, the bed bugs were awful, it was filthy and after 11pm it became so unsafe and sketchy. I was so frustrated, we ended up sleeping in our vehicle with our daughter because the owner is nowhere to be found after 10pm.

i like the location of the motel and the price.
The bedsheet was not clean and not change during my staying, the breakfast did not meet our expectation, bathroom not clean.
the noise of the AC was too much.

The staff was friendly and accommodating.
Definitely shows age. Booked two rooms. One room no extra blankets, no coffee pot. Other room reeked of cigarettes/stale smoke. Left fan on, window open, left for a wedding. Came back, room still reeked so they left. Never slept there. Over priced.
