tv did not work, lamp did not work, power outlet did not work, there was garbage under our bed, the tv was on the side of the bed and was very difficult to watch tv once we had to switch rooms for one where the tv worked.

The staff was absolutely amazing in helping us to make our stay convenient as our daughter got very sick and we had to cut our trip short because of that. We can’t thank the staff enough. They were super.

1. Staff! The doorman/valet and service at front desk were so pleasant and professional! The servers at the lounge and restaurant were exceptional!
2. Location: short walk to the Winspear!
We stayed on an upper floor “traditional room” and the room was tired. It was clean but, at first glance, did not look clean because mirrors were pebbled, some scuffs in paint. Bathroom was dated.
In retrospect, I should have booked an executive room as these have been uodated.

The room is not clean. The towels, bedding, and the shower curtain are old, worn out, dirty, and need to be replaced.
The outlet wasn’t working. The room was not cleaned daily, and the water and coffee were not replenished. The breakfast area was very cold, and the food was cold

Lack of staffing for the bar. 1 waitress while a massive event was happening. She was running constantly. Waiting 30+ mins for a drink.
