Clean, pool/hot tub, robes, close to everything in walking distance.
Than gym was really small, at night it can be a bit rough in the area, decent view on the 7th floor

I would like to start by saying that the hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. I would like to specifically name Alexandra, whose recommendations and help were invaluable!
The room was really comfortable, with an excellent view. The breakfast did not have too many choices, but it was delicious. There is a shop near by, with a pharmacy and a post office at the next floor. There are many excellent restaurants around the hotel.
While the hotel is in the city centre, the surroundings do not feel safe when the darkness comes, because of the problems that the city has with homelessness.
Otherwise, there is nothing else to mention here, except maybe that I would change the soap bar from the bathroom with liquid soap, as to me that seems better from an environmental sustainability point of view.

Hotel has everything you need. Parking is nice and easy, just around the corner in a secure garage for $28 a day, we had a truck and fitted nicely. We got a free upgrade to the 26th floor as it was my partners birthday and that was nice touch from the lovely lady at the desk (didn’t get her name). Room was spacious, large bed and lovely bathroom. Pool was lovely and hotel very close to everything.

It was clean, staff were responsive and very welcoming. Bed and pillows were great!

The beds were comfy
The fridge must of been left open by a cleaner so it froze over in the back releasing no air flow so the food we had in there went bad due to it.
In the bathroom there was also hair on tub walls and on ceiling. Didn't get offered money off my stay at all either due to these things which at other hotels i have before if there were problems such as these.
Parking was also horrible.

Restaurants on site and clean room, snacks and waters at check in was really nice, towels and pillows were nice. Temperature of the room was good. Blackout curtains were good.
The shower curtain needed replacing, no bath fan, light was hard to find, toilet was too low and not water saving and clogged easily.

Location was what we needed
Payed a lot of money and was told we would have no problem checking in at the time requested and that dis not happen. Staff at front desk was not understanding and provided no alternative for our room not being ready.

Comfy to park in the lower deck beneath the hotel. Proximity to Rogers Place was superb! Food and drinks in the bar were awesome. Staff was very helpful and well trained to do their job.
One slight downside was the fact that breakfast was not served in the hotel. Had to go up to Chop Steakhouse to have breakfast served. I tend to prefer a continental buffet-type breakfast.

Paid $1100 for a small king room with a sink that didn’t drain, shower was no good and the room smelled like piss.
