Overall a great . My boys want to go back. Very good value
Wish they had bacon and orange juice for the buffet. My sons thought the apple juice was bitter . Coffee wasn’t the best.

Disappointing
The focus of the hotel is the lobby conference area.
The rooms need an update. No bathroom fan, the carpet smells like the vacuum container was dumped out in our room or a like a filter before it is cleaned.

The common areas of the hotel are surprisingly impressive, particularly the dining atrium. The suite I had was well-appointed and comfortable, although the windows were dirty. (It was early spring, so some winter accumulation is to be expected)
The state and finish of the bathroom did not match the remainder of the suite. The toilet hinge cover was broken, which was unsightly. Neither the toilet nor the sink drained quickly. The shower and surround had clearly been painted, and the paint was peeling off in places. This made the entire bath area appear soiled, even if it wasn't. The door to the bathroom was damaged, flaking and chipped all along the base.

The property has a lovely lobby and restaurant area. Although dated the rooms are very clean.
