The location
After driving five hours through snow, we arrived to no hot water. We initially reported the problem and moved rooms, however, there was limited lukewarm water in new room.
The next day there was no hot water. When we reported the problem we were told we needed to run the water longer (longer than the duration of two cold showers); then told there had been no water heating problems reported; then told the hot water had been turned off for maintenance and would be available sometime after an hour.
The staff we spoke with were unconcerned, unapologetic and unsympathetic.
We stayed three nights and were able to have one hot shower.

The location being centrally located in Edmonton South and the really nice bar
The location is also next to train tracks so depending on which room you get it’s noisy all night. Also the restaurant food was not super great. I ordered a pizza with arugula & it came with a bunch of lettuce on top.

The room is spacious. The location is very convenient, lots of grocery stores, restaurants, and shops are within walking distance
There is no complimentary breakfast. The TV is not smart TV.

I have always liked staying at this hotel until last night
The tap in the tub dripped all night, all I got was I’ll have them look at it. No apologies or concern of my lack of sleep, won’t be staying there again.

The front desk always on duty, so helpful at any time, always nice, Bed was so good, good location central south side
Truly everything was just fine, as not being there now for the breakfast as I have checked out, lol
