Disappointing
The staff was great.
The shape of the tower isn't what I had expected, I stayed in the same type of suite 7 years ago and it was way nicer then it is now. Their was a strange person sitting downstairs in the lobby area, asking for cigarettes. Not sure how he would have gotten in the building, seeing as you need a card to get into the building. The curtains in the room did not darken the room. I closed the curtains with the blackout curtain. I woke up to it being very bright on the room, the curtain didn't do anything to darken the room.
For the $190 I paid for one night I expected it to be alot more then it was. Not sure I'll stay here again, went downhill since the last time I stayed here. The staff was good no issues there.

The room was a decent size and super clean! The bed was like sinking into a cloud. Bathroom, was on point clean! No hairs leftover from other guests. It was almost perfect!! Oh and Denny's was right inside the building (or Chop, if you're looking for a fancier place to dine). The pool area was great and thank goodness the light's weren't on super bright, I really appreciate that!
I didn't like how uncomfortable the couch was in the room... When I sat down it was like I sat on a park bench. The wall near the window/couch area was freezing

Good breakfast and supper options
No clear signage about where to check in. The picture shown in booking is the back with no access to the front desk. Signs say “main atrium”. How am I supostu know where that is? Spent too much time trying to check in when a map would be more appropriate.
