Disappointing
I booked 3 nights stay (July 25-28, 2025) but ended up only stayed for 2 nights because on the 3rd night the hotel was out of power, out of hot water, and had the smell of rotten eggs (confirmed by hotel staff it was sulfur gas leak). Due to safety reason, hotel agreed to refund last night's cost and issued me an official refund statement. I thought since I got the official statement from the hotel, the refund should be easy. No, because the hotel wrongly (or was it intentionally???) told Booking.com that I had successfully completed 3 nights of stay! After I spent hours on calls and emails to the hotel and Booking.com, on Sept 12, 2025, I finally saw the refund back into my credit card. I had wasted unnecessary hours on this matter, if I didn't push for it, I know I would never get my money back.

The tubs were very narrow and are slanted so the are rather hard to stand in to shower. The fridge was not very cold and no freezer in them.

Lots of amenities around within walking distance.
The technology associated with this property needs to be developed further. I requested via phone and text for cutlery and to my surprise it came 18 hours later..scanning the QR code to make a phone call directly from my cell phone to the front desk was painful. The connection sounded like I was in a third world country. Had issues with my bill but it was rectified by the hotel, but still a hassle that it happened to begin with.

The property is filled with mold! There was nothing to like about it. Within three days, we were feeling sick

It’s a cute hotel. The lobby area is actually really nice. We spent some
Time just hanging out in the evening because it was a pleasant facility.
Patio off the room is a great feature. The rooms overlooking the atrium also seem cool. It’s kind of a fun hotel to explore. They got a weird little basement with a massive gym with a running track and a pool.
The elevator wasn’t working at the time. But I feel the rate reflected that.
The gym and pool area could be amazing. But the area feels a little neglected. And honestly a little creepy. I wouldn’t want to be ah going out there alone as a lady or young child. Hot tub and sauna didn’t get hot. But the potential is there. It could be a pretty impressive facility with a little TLC. Otherwise they have everything you need to get the job done though.

Convenient location to get to anywhere in town. The room had a balcony which was excellent because I enjoy fresh air in the mornings.
The pillows were made. feather or down. Would have been nice to have a regular or foam pillow option due to allergies.
