Every front desk agent we encountered was great, and the text requests were really convenient. We were upgraded to a King room, it was very spacious and there were plenty of towels. Bed and pillows were very comfy, everything worked in the room, and it was clean. Parking underground for free was nice.
The property is in major need of updates. The main doors were out of service so you had to walk to the smaller side door, which would be fine when it isn't winter and windy and you're trying to maneuver a luggage cart. Steam room and sauna were out of service, jets were out of service on the hot tub as well. There was an a la carte breakfast cafe but it was very minimal and no hot items available.

The cleanliness and location was the best, I always enjoy my stay here.
I didn't like how the maids walked in at 9am while we were still sleeping when checkout was at 12, they even came at 11:40 asking me when we are leaving when I still have 20 min.

Location was close to our activities planned.
Overall, the hotel is outdated and starting to show age. Cleanliness leaves to be something desired for. Had other guests hair present in shower. It is clear that air ducts/vents are also never cleaned. Lamps had burnt out bulbs. A sign that staff are doing bare minimum. Online checking and constant messages was annoying. Especially when it is done to streamline check in, and check in was still missing our vouchers for prepaid breakfast.

The parking lot is rough. Also no breakfast included in the stay. Very overpriced for a kids plate with one egg, one small pancake & sausage for over $10 each

We were evacuated from the hotel due to a fire alarm. It was sorted timely. But fresh out if a shower wet rushing to get out was not great.

Location is good. Excellent gym
The social pub is gone and replaced by a smelly sushi restaurant. The smell of fish is all through the hotel especially the open atrium and many rooms face inside. Gross
And we acknowledge Christmas closure of lounge and cafe, but the lounge was never open during our stay Dec 23-26. We ordered in food, their loss
