I was pleased that it was pet friendly.
Outside looks very nice but the inside is not. Steam baths closed, restraunts and bar closed. Carpets in hallway loose and very worn and not clean in appearance. The location is in the middle of a large industrial area with no restraunts nearby.

We reserved and paid for a premium room
We choose the hotel because it said it was pet friendly and when booked we messaged we would be having a whippet or small dog
On check in we were told we could not have the premium room because pets were not allowed for those so we were given a room 50% smaller without the many more features
Also the next day our room was not cleaned till
We insisted at 4:30 in the afternoon

Friendly staff, restaurant/bar within the hotel and food was very good and reasonable price, breakfast included, quiet location but still easy access to anywhere .. will definitely stay again

The rooms were clean, and the room was quite large than your normal room sizes.
Cleaning staff cleaned my room Saturday afternoon, but didn't leave clean towels. I called to front desk Saturday evening for towels, I didn't ever receive any. On Sunday, I called again to front desk for clean towels, we wanted to make the time for checkout. They never came with clean towels and I had to ask the staff who were down the hallway if I could grab a couple towels from them. Otherwise, I would have still been waiting for towels.
