Clean, quiet, and the service was very good. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming.

Location was where we needed it Breakfast included Affordable
Bed and pillows not so comfortable for us. Because of main level room no privacy if curtains opened so room was dark and required lights at all times. Plumbing (toilet) was a very slow flush.

The location was great.
I feel that because we were a third party booking, we were given the least desirable room in the hotel. Our room was at the very back of the hotel on the first floor. The room was directly beside the outside door. This was the door that most of the other guests used to access their rooms. It was noisy well past 1:00 a.m.

As others have said, breakfast was excellent for a free included breakfast. Daily eggs [they were a bit weird], hashbrowns, and sausage or bacon. Also has a waffle maker, cereal stand, yogurt, and bagels. Location was excellent.
No pool or hot tub, pretty minimal gym. We were not looking for this though, so not a problem for us. Just a heads up if it means something to you.

Not much. The breakfast was great .
The staff was not helpful . Upon check in we got to our room and on the main wall there was a massive spit or loogie on the wall that had been there for a very long time . We told the staff . Absolutely nothing was done the entire duration of our stay . It was very unprofessional. It was not a pleasant stay with my family on what was supposed to be special family weekend . We will never stay in another quality inn again .

Mostly everything was really great!
Just a few suggestions would be super great!
The spa tub in the room does not have any neck supports., Causing discomfort.
The bed in the spa room seems small but would benefit from being a king bed.
Our breakfast was really good except the very overdone, dried out French toast
All in all it was a delightful stay!
