we did not take advantage , it should of been included in our stay
the booking ...no communication from your hotel on the 3rd party booking and the parking rates are different price online it's says $35...its actually $38

Property was clean & quiet
The King room was bigger than many other properties (came with tv area/sofa bed)
Whirlpool was bigger than most hotels and well maintained
Ample parking underground
Front desk staff Emma and security staff were very friendly & helpful, so shoutout to both of them!
An electric kettle in every room would be nice
While we can play cell phone audio on tv, it would be nice to add capability of casting smart apps like Youtube/Netflix from phone to tv

I liked the location & the gym. Staff was very nice.
The room was very dirty. There were obvious stains on the carpets, couches and a pee stain on the toilet bowl base. There was no amenities kit or toiletries provided. I brought this to the staffs attention and nothing was changed.
