Very Poor
Waited 45 minutes to check in . 1 of 3 rooms were ready. Got second room shortly after. Returned to hotel at midnight 3 room was not ready. Waited 1:45 mins to get roomed cleaned. Over all staff was good Only received half price off 3 room Was asking for no charge. Highly disappointed!!!

The staff were friendly and the building was nice. The veuw frim the restaurant was pretty. Loved the large whirl pool hot tub. I had it all to myself two nights in a row. Parking was underground and easy to get in and out of.
I did not like thinking I was getting a great price on my room per night then finding out after my payment went through on the deadline to cancel that parking was an added 35 a night.

The pillows at this hotel were amazing! We loved them! The cookies we received upon arrival were delicious, and a nice touch! Our room as well as the rest of the hotel was exceptionally clean which is much appreciated.
The $35 per night parking is a bit much. Underground parking is always nice to have especially in the downtown area, but I would rather that be included in my room cost rather than an extra charge. $35 a night adds up quickly for even a few nights stay.

Location to convention center and friendly staff and underground parking since hotel is not in the best of neighborhoods.
The thermostat in our room didn't work, so it was boiling hot the whole 4 days in that room. We were told to just turn it off and on then wait an hour, only so many hours of trying that but as the hotel was booked for a convention we had to stay there until after it was over and then we were moved to a different floor as they were closing off that floor to "fix" things, go figure. The fridge froze our food and drinks no matter what shelf you put them on. In the new room the tv guild and channels were backward, so you could never find the right show you were looking for, luckily we didn't go on vacation to watch TV but maybe something the hotel should look into.

Nice staff, decent rooms
AC didn’t work and we were on the 9th floor. Very hot
Only having underground parking as a good option and then charging an extra $35 for it. Thankfully we had my friends SUV because my truck would have never fit had I driven
Some of the bedding smelt like curry or just stagnant. Not sure if they’d been washed in a while. Especially the extra blanket/sheets in the closet
