Proximity to downtown events.
Staff was professional and friendly, apologized for the situation.
Water was not available between 10 and 5 every day. When it was available attempted to have a bath and the water was brown, could not bathe.
Keys for a large group of guests stopped working, line up to all have new keys provided.
Paid for parking but still issued ticket (staff was going to arrange to have it removed).

Service at the front desk was excellent. Kudos to Chris who made it special from the first moment. He did the chain proud!
As well the breakfast staff were great!
The threat of no water was bad. We were thrilled that the water shutoff was cancelled. Room was not cleaned as it should have been. Toilet paper was not replaced (spare roll) for a day. Coffee pods missed one day. Nothing earth shattering, but irritating.

love the view, I got to see the sunrise through the buildings, would book this room again. Lots of space, bathroom had lots of counter space, bed was comfortable. Overall great experince.

I love the location of the hotel. It is very accessible to everything.
We were at 7th floor. And there were some construction going on during our stay. We weren't able to relax because of the loud noise and banging sound from the construction.
