It was easy to get to
-when we arrived at 4pm check in time we were told our room wasn’t ready yet
-we asked for a pet friendly room and got a room above the pool and it was so loud everything echoed and for our dog who is only a year was restless because all we heard were noises everywhere
-there was no where to take our dog out for a walk etc had to drive 2k to a dog park
-we had to crank the tap to get hot water and it was still luke warm
-there’s no bottle of water in the room
-there’s no shower caps or anything in the bathroom besides dove soap to pump out from the wall
-pet fee was 50 dollars plus gst which is excessive
-the shower still had dead skin residue and hair in it

Didn’t get to have breakfast there as the person in the room below us was calling to complain about our children running around our own room.
The staff didn’t explain any of the amenities to us or offer us any ideas for meals. They didn’t tell us the pool information. We specifically told them we were traveling with 4 children 6 and under then we were placed above someone who complained about the noise of children just trying to have fun in our little hotel room.

This hotel far exceeded my expectations, and I travel quite a bit. It's in a great location, with many restaurant choices nearby, amazing rooms, with super comfy beds, pillows, linens, thoughtful design, fast wifi, very quiet. Also, the restuarant attached has high quality food!

I did not like that they do not have complimentary bottles of good quality water and fresh apples, which would be nice to grab at any time of the day. Complimentary breakfast would also be nice ( but not a must have for me.

It’s new, very clean, king room is a nice size, beds & pillows were great and the room was quiet! Front of the house staff are friendly and helpful. The ice machine & elevators are in their own area and not beside any rooms.
