The location was perfect for us. We loved the size, cleanliness and comfort of the large room we had. I had asked for a quiet room and they came through. We didn't hear any noise at all. Beds were super comfortable and I enjoyed having a comfmy chair and footstool to sit in to read.
I can't think of anything to make it better. We will definitely be returning to this hotel

It was easy to get to
-when we arrived at 4pm check in time we were told our room wasn’t ready yet
-we asked for a pet friendly room and got a room above the pool and it was so loud everything echoed and for our dog who is only a year was restless because all we heard were noises everywhere
-there was no where to take our dog out for a walk etc had to drive 2k to a dog park
-we had to crank the tap to get hot water and it was still luke warm
-there’s no bottle of water in the room
-there’s no shower caps or anything in the bathroom besides dove soap to pump out from the wall
-pet fee was 50 dollars plus gst which is excessive
-the shower still had dead skin residue and hair in it
