No signature required at front desk, or license request. I’ve never experienced that before. Stain on the shower rug. Bed came with only three very uncomfortable pillows for two people.

Was shocked to learn that the breakfast was not included in the accommodation fees, unlike in other hotels.
Registration to Wi-Fi was not user-friendly, my family and I gave up trying and resort in use of our own data instead.
The toilet seat is horrible, because even though it looks clean, there is a black stain/deposit deep down inside that meets your eye immediately you open the cover, and it's very nauseating! An eyesore!
