Appears to be fully staffed by east indians , renovations as well. Although I did not see any cleaning staff.
Still being renovated, a lot of single use waste in breakfast area. Pillows are terrible, no support. The faucet that was installed in bathroom is to short in height and length, barely reached into the sink. Strange choice for what appears to be new. Also not a fan of the 3 separate taxes

We love using the pool, hot tub & gym - good sized pool, usually not too many people around. Rooms are nice & quiet, spacious, elegant finishes. Good sleep. Excellent breakfast with anything you could need: lots of protein choices - thank you, & love the waffles & fresh juices.
The pool is always a bit cool & we only use the hot tub to warm up

Our room was in great condition. The breakfast was tasty
I did not appreciate being charged $75 for ONE night! Then being told that it’s equal cost for one night as for four. Nowhere online did it say that there was a $75 charge to bring my puppy. I believe that is very poor business sense and I feel I am wrongfully charged. Also, there was no parking available due to large steel bins all over the parking lot.

The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable, the hotel itself is dated, the parking lot was full of frozen ice making it harder to walk, the pet fees are more than other hotels.
