Our room was in great condition. The breakfast was tasty
I did not appreciate being charged $75 for ONE night! Then being told that it’s equal cost for one night as for four. Nowhere online did it say that there was a $75 charge to bring my puppy. I believe that is very poor business sense and I feel I am wrongfully charged. Also, there was no parking available due to large steel bins all over the parking lot.

I was very disappointed with my check-in experience. Upon arrival, the front desk agent did not greet me or acknowledge me as a guest. She requested my ID without any courtesy, did not smile, and displayed a lack of basic customer service manners. I am a Hilton member and usually receive the loyalty gift (such as bottled water), but this was not offered. While the gift itself is not a big deal, the lack of recognition and hospitality was surprising and unlike what I’ve experienced at other Hilton properties. This was the first time I’ve felt genuinely unwelcome during a stay, and I believe the check-in agent could benefit from additional customer service training to meet Hilton’s usual high standards.

Location, parking lot is well lit at night.
Charging $75 for a pet to stay at a pet friendly hotel. I agree they should have a charge but $75 is a bit excessive. That much is not pet friendly. In my opinion.

The fact that they charged us for a TV cord that apparently we took!!! I called the hotel and talked to Staff, and they would not let me talk to the manager, said that they would call back and never did! I asked the staff why they didn’t check the room before we got there that everything was there and they insisted that it was! The fact that we didn’t even use the TV so we would never have noticed that there was anything missing was not good enough for them! They insisted that we took it!! We have stayed there at least a few times every year, but never again and never what I recommend going there I mean, how are you supposed to know what is supposed to be there and what is not supposed to be there when you enter?!? you would assume that the staff would be smart enough to do a proper check before checking in the next person!

The layout of the room
The manager staff came in and had to wait over 15 mins not because of a line or being busy but simply because we booked from a different site and then where told we where in a regular king room not a suite so had to wait after getting attitude about it and having to show pictures of the room we where supposed to be in and the confirmation, you lack of scheduling with apps that you have signed up to be on should not be spent on my time when your establishment is not busy

So far this is the best hotel we stayed this summer, the room was huge neat and clean with plenty of tables and cabinet to use, bed is big and comfy as well as the wash room neat and tidy and very spacious. The staff are nice and polite and very approachable .Breakfast is excellent with a lot of choices from hot to cold, meat, eggs, pancake ,waffles and fresh fruits you name it.
No comment, I wish we stayed longer to enjoy all the amenities especially the pool and the hot tub and their fitness center.

Property was clean and quiet. Continental breakfast was great.
The pool wasn’t heated at all and the hot tub was murky. The beds were rock hard. The housekeeping left a cloth behind and just left garbage bags on the counter but never put them in the cans for us.
