Hot tub was filthy. Literally could see the dirt on the bottom of it. The jets barely worked

The staff were all very nice and it was clean.
The pillows were not very comfortable… very fluffy but flat as soon as you put your head on them. There were a lot of teenage kids running around late at night banging on doors, but someone opened their door and got them to stop. Otherwise clean and comfortable!

Very neat. They let me check in early.
The fire alarm went off around 1am jolting me out of sleep and I found myself racing down the fire/emergency stairwell half dressed with other guests only for the reception staff to say there was nothing wrong. No explanation offered whatsoever. They were looking at us like we were crazy or something. Despite the fact that the alarm was still sounding in the whole place.

The room is spacious and we enjoyed the underground parking which added safety. The bed was comfy, the couch is good. I really enjoy how they are proactive with the check-in and chech-out it saves time. The restaurant is very good and handy. We will stay there again if the rate does not increase...

The hotel itself is beautiful, but we stayed for the hot tub, which was not working. Luckily, we had the whirlpool in our room, which is nice.
The hot tub was out of service for sometime, then when it was working, the water was super cold. So we didn't use it.
