This hotel smells AMAZINGGGGGGG!! Every single area. You walk into the lobby and it smells so clean and almost homey...and the elevators smell so good toooooooo!!
I wish the coffee was on all day.

I have been billed twice. Despite sending so many messages, no response provided. Hotel charged my credit card but staff could not check the same and had to pay again on arrival. Poor communication and concern for guest. Had an embarrassing situation as room was booked as a gift for a married couple.

The staff were all very nice and it was clean.
The pillows were not very comfortable… very fluffy but flat as soon as you put your head on them. There were a lot of teenage kids running around late at night banging on doors, but someone opened their door and got them to stop. Otherwise clean and comfortable!
