The proximity to the mall, very convenient with children.
The amount of service staff constantly in the elevators. Elevators were always packed and uncomfortable.

I became sick and was able to just stay in the room, whereas I didn't have to drive anywhere and the kids got to come and go as they please
We had a small technical difficulty with the elevator but that was the only problem for us

Nice clean room. They provided extra towels and robe for us.
Room was smaller than what we had expected. It looks big in pics due to mirrors.

Location, theme, staff!
The blankets were quite musty, but a cleaner came and checked on the second night, smelled them, and changed them immediately! She was so kind.

It was a little dated but fine, close to what we came to do.
It was fine but a little short on accessible parking but staff was able to work around it.
