I liked the bed. The mattress and pillow were comfortable.
There weren’t any luggage carts for me to use and I had to take my luggage up in 3 trips to the 11th floor.
My key cards kept deactivating after every use and I had to keep coming back to the desk. They were always quick to blame me for the cards being too close to my phone or other cards. Get an actual key system or something that isn’t so weak because that was brutal, it’s not a small hotel to walk back and forth to the desk like that.
The carpet in my room was so worn in places it was just mesh backing, and my shower head and plug were extremely outdated, plastic and crusty. Toilet barely wanted to flush, had to hold the handle down forever and almost overflow the toilet before it would actually flush.
This hotel needs some love and attention put into it for sure.
There was a lovely looking walkway through the trees in the lobby that was blocked off. I would have loved to see the landscape.

Close to downtown, Roger’s.
Old, out dated. Elevators barely work be careful, we got stuck inside one elevator for a minute, not fun. Other elevators stunk like piss.

The location was why we chose this property to suit why we were in town. Room was large and had microwave and mini fridge. Beds were clean and comfortable. Price point seemed fair.
Needs a refresh with rooms - especially the bathroom. Looks like most other hotels of the era - dingy tiles, old fixtures etc. two of the 3 elevators were out of order. I’m sure this isn’t news to the proprietors or staff the owners and I assume plans are underway to modernize it.

Lina at the front desk, no crib when they first mention they have it thus the reason why I booked here, old and everything is outdated, carpet and toilet needs cleaning, no microwave in the room. Almost everything is bad.
