Location and staff were excellent!
The parkade was short so we had to be extra mindful on packing as a roof box would definitely not fit on anything besides perhaps a very short car. But it was all lovely, the staff were exceptional. They checked our booking and ensured we were in a large room prior to arrival as we were travelling with children.

Excellent location, attentive staff, well-organized rooms, and secure parking—everything you need for a comfortable stay.
It would be greatly appreciated if a small refrigerator and microwave could be added to the room for added convenience.

Somewhat dated. No breakfast available at all on site (Cora on the ground floor but opens late)

We could arrange with the staff to provide us with a mini-fridge for our room, which was not included.
Unfortunately the heating system is centralized, which made it impossible to adjust the temperature in the room and it was pretty cold in the room.
Also, the bed mattresses are too soft, which is not good for the back, even if it feels comfortable in the first place.

The people and that there was a restaurant on site. Only downside was it closed after lunch
The room was hot but the excellent staff sent up a fan

The bathroom was clean. Shower updated. No tears in shower curtain. Rooms clean, fresh sheets and clean desk, counters and night table. Hotel was quiet which was a surprise for being downtown.
