The staff were friendly and accomodating. The hotel was clean and in good repair. The air conditioning worked well, which was good because the room was 28° when we arrived at 9 p.m.
The beds were worn - they dipped in the middle and were too soft.

Staff were friendly and it was nice and clean. And the price was so good also. The only complaint for us was there was no pool. But otherwise its a great place to stay. And we were closer to WEM then we realized! I plan on coming back to edmonto and this is where i will be staying with my family again..

No signage. Almost missed it. Also someone in the room beside us was taken out in handcuffs.

Not a good experience at all. I wouldn’t stay here again. Bugs in each bed (have to clarify, they didn’t appear to be bed bugs…but bugs none the less. One was crawling on top of the bedding on one bed (while my son was lying in it) and the other bug was crawling on my husband’s face (close to his mouth) while he was trying to fall asleep. The receptionist who checked us in also had no idea what she was doing. I told her I wanted to pay for the room with my debit (up front) SEVERAL times and only charge the damage deposit to my credit card, long story short, I gave up after about 20 minutes…she INSISTED the full amount needed to be charged to my credit card as a “pre approval”, even though I was paying for the cost of the room (+taxes) up front on my debit card. I just gave up. Then the homeless people were another issue. Surrounded the vehicles in the parking lot and we were even warned by a local to make sure everything was locked up and nothing left in site. Did not feel safe. It took 4 days to FINALLY speak to a manager and all he agreed to do was give me bonus points on my “choice” account. Would not even consider any type of refund. Honestly made me feel like the bugs were not a big deal because they weren’t bed bugs. When you pay $150+ for 1 night stay, you want to be able to sleep without bugs crawling on you, as well as feel safe that your vehicle won’t get broken into or stolen.

Good lovation except at night wen the zombies are out and pretty much fentanyl addicts dieing in the bus stop and parking lot, between the cars and sneaking into the hallways.. how they think its safe is beyond me..POLICE just let it happen, E P S , at it’s finest
I didn’t like how the morning shift front desk lady was ot very friendly and seemed very greedy and fake smile.. Then there was the head cleaning lady, my second morning I was woke up after all night in the hospital with my 97 yr old Gramma who has dementia and my mother who is taking it very Hard, to the cleaning ladu and the morning shift greedy fake lady saying they smelled smoke comi g from my room
