My husband and I did a 3 night stay. The bed was comfortable and the heater/AC was functional, and very useful in our room. There was plenty of places to charge electronics, and a helpful mini fridge. The pool, while small, was also very enjoyable with the right person :), and overall the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and the hours were perfect. Our privacy was respected and our rooms were taken care of nicely.
The building is very old, and it almost appears a bit rundown in places. Specifically, the entrances and exit doors as well as the bathroom in our room. Our bathroom was yellowing, and the doors appear old— the parking entrance does not functionally lock. Additionally, the pool had a random construction vehicle parked in it, and while not inhibitory, it did make the place feel a little more grungy than we would have liked. The hot tub was also a bit too hot to be enjoyable, it hurt instead, and there was no room service unfortunately.

The location was great, central to diff places we needed to go on this trip. Appreciated late check in 11:45pm and front desk being open 24hrs . And we were upgraded to a suite from just 2 queen beds. Thank you.
Finding out it was paid parking upon arrival was not mentioned in the booking at all. The family suite we were in was Huge! But not in a positive way. Bathroom toilet space was tiny, we all took turns smashing our elbows on the wall 5" from the toilet. Living room was wide open space, from the beds, you could not see the small TV so far across the room. We found it bizarre and ended up going elsewhere to watch the hockey game.

Location, staff were very helpful. Bed was comfortable.
The TV didn't work but was replaced shortly after arrival. Hair dryer didn't work; coffee machine was inconsistent; couldn't adjust the air conditioner.

A nice clean centrally located hotel. Unfortunately the pool and spa weren't available, but the rooms were neat, clean and tidy, the food was fine, the staff were lovely and overall it's a very nice place to stay. It's not 5 stars but it's not pretending to be either, good value for money!
The pool and spa would have been ideal, maybe next time!
