Decent price, clean, comfy and it's downtown, great location!
The coffee. Maybe splurge a little more for a better brew. And flavoured creams would also be a bonus.

Spacious room with comfy beds, it was quiet when there were no hockey games, and also close to downtown to go anywhere by foot. Good breakfast too, it had everything. The staff was nice and helpful too.
There was a bar sharing the same building and it was below the rooms, and drunk men came out of it after the hockey game and were being noisy in the street in the middle of the night.
