Loved the comfort of the room.
Did an upgrade to a larger room but ended up being moved to an outside room facing a very busy street. Until 2 am motorcycles and race cars would rap out as they drove by. It was a Saturday night so hotel was full. The room prior was overlooking the pool area and would probably have been better even though the beds were smaller. Upgrade cost me around $30. Won't be doing that again Booking.com because I pretty much didn't sleep for this business trip.

Pretty run down. Really bad part of town. Had to pay for parking even though I was staying there. Room was a hot tub roo. But it was so run down and outdated. I feel I got ripped off for the price. Staff was amazing though.

The housekeeping staff were very kind and helpful.
If you pay with a credit card, the deposit is $300. You’re allowed to have visitors.
If you pay cash or debit, the deposit is $500. I returned the envelope with the deposit and they just gave me another one. No visitors allowed.
On the first day, the toilet was clogged.
To use the elevator, you have to swipe your card outside first, and then it opens.
Early check-in: 25 CAD. Even if the room is empty, clean, and ready, they won’t let you in earlier unless you pay. Very little empathy — they only care about the money, not the customer’s well-being.
Breakfast is very basic.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast and coffee. There was a sauna, which we enjoyed. There was a coin laundry, which was convenient. Being 10 to 20 walking distance from downtown core, museum snd other places to see is great. A 10 minute Uber ride to Whyte Av on the south side of the river.
It's an old hotel. The lobby area could be made better, but we got used to it the second day.

The staff was really kind and helpful. The hotel location is perfect to take a walk around Edmonton downton.
The breakfast was poor of things to eat but still okay for the price I payed.

Central to what we needed! We had an appointment at the Alberta Retina Consultation office. Also a lot of food options within walking distance or Skip.
