Comfortable beds and bathrooms
Staff that booked us in was rude and didn’t seem to know what he was doing. The security staff seemed to more about check in than he did. He didn’t understand that we wanted to put the deposit on one card and pay with another and rudely questioned whether we had enough money on the card used for the deposit. The carpet was lifting in the rooms and floors didn’t seem clean. Booked a pet friendly room and was asked to move rooms after 1 night and was told that someone was complaining of allergies. Only stayed for 2 nights so was inconvenient

The first room we were put in smelled awful, like smoke. The mattress was stained and the lamp was sticky. The lady at the front moved us and the second room was not as bad but was for sure not a super great.

Very clean and great staff
Too many homeless people in the area although they had great security measures in place. Didn’t have any coffee available in the lobby.

Wonderful
Wonderful friendly staff when checking in and checking out. Cleaning staff stopped in each day and asked us if we needed supplies, we had a suite so only exchanged towels.
Ice machine on the 4th floor was broken and we needed ice for medical reasons. There was easy access to 3rd floor ice machine so more of an inconvenience than something we didn’t like.

It was close to where we had to be the next morning. Beds were comfortable.
People park in unloading zone for a long time and it makes it difficult to get unloaded and drop handicapped people off to use the ramp. People smoke close to the doors.
