It’s been a few years since I last stayed at the Chateau Lacombe and it is nice to see that it has maintained its unique charm. With its great location, amazing views of the river valley and its revolving restaurant, La Ronde, it continues to impress visitors and regulars alike. The hotel continues to be well maintained and continuously upgraded. I remember the beds and linens being comfortable and of high grade and this continues to be the case. The location is close to shopping, quality restaurants and entertainment. Excellent parking for half tons trucks as well as smaller vehicles. Clearly this is a favorite of hockey fans and concert goers. The rates are reasonable and the staff are very welcoming.

Friendly staff and great food. Lounge and café were nice with a view of the city. Room was comfortable with a view of the river. Restaurant on the top floor was amazing. Hotel was within walking distance of lots of restaurants as well.
Only thing that would have been better is if the vending machine (in the fitness center) was working and not having to call the front desk sometimes multiple times a day to get bottled water in the room but still the front desk staff were very friendly

I requested extra pillows and I didnt recieve them knowing hotel beds can be a gamble the beds are hard and the pillows in my room were very flat and uncomfortable.
