Love that we looked out on the city to the left and the river valley to the right.
Loved how helpful the staff were, especially when we forgot which floor our room was on!
The dining room looked very appealing, but we didn't get to try to out as we had to leave early. Lovely wide spacious lobby. Beds were very comfortable. bathroom s clean and compact.
it is an older hotel, and the furniture is quite old school. A revamp on a more modern style would be more appealing.

Bed was comfortable and the location was convenient
No ventilation fans in bathrooms so with the moisture from shower, fire alarms in room go off regularly. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel for families.

Friendly and polite staff. Clean and cozy. Incredible view from the room and from the cafe where we had breakfast. The breakfast was delicious. I was impressed that they brought us juice and constantly renewed coffee.

Close to downtown, walking distance to the arena and restaurants.
A bit outdated, distribution of power outlets isn't great because of that. Parking fee isn't included in the reservation.

All the workers we interacted with were polite, friendly, and were very quick to help us with what we needed. I really enjoyed the service. All the staff were great. Before coming, we communicated that we would like a room with a mini fridge and they supplied us with one. I've messaged them a question through Booking.com and they answered me the next morning.
I loved the wide windows and how much natural lighting our room got. The black out curtains were perfect to block out all the light. And the river view from the 17th floor was absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed it so much. Also their location is located very close to downtown, just a couple of blocks over. This place has a really good location and the price was great.
There was a red piece of hair/hair strand on the sink. My partner and I have black hair so it didn't come from us. Wifi was pretty slow, and there were multiple times where my wifi disconnected and I'd have to wait 30 seconds or a minute to reconnect again. Only one lamp on the bedside table had an outlet to charge phones, the lamp on my bedside table didn't have one. It would be nice if both bedside tables had an outlet for charging.
One night our vent system was blowing smelly air into our room. I wasn't sure if it was my partner or if it was coming from our bathroom but our space was fine. We were contemplating to call the front desk about it but it was so late at night and we were exhausted, so we weren't willing to move all our belongings if we needed to. And we also thought it would get better over time. The vent system continued to blow smelly air for like 30-40 minutes, but we were so tired we just fell asleep and it stopped after a while.
When we booked this place, we called their phone number multiple times. Between my partner and I, we called about 7 or 8 times. The line sounded like it was always busy. Luckily we were able to communicate with them on here. But when we arrived, there was always staff at the front desk. I don't think the number on here and on Google is correct, I think it's just a number out of service. So I didn't like how we couldn't even reach this place by phone number before checking in.

They give me a room that someone previously smoked in there, I need to ask to switch because I have allergies. The second room doesn't have a fridge and the hotel was very old.
