Room was clean and bed was comfy. A bonus that the room had a small fridge and microwave. Meals in the hotel restaurant were good and an excellent price.

Room was too hot- thermostat was set to off for heat, yet the room was 22C. Too hot for this menopausal woman to sleep. Even though it was November, we had to put the A/C on.

Casino was fun and restaurant staff lovely. Food was great too
Room was bad…. We booked the king suite, but our room was never tidied up. The first morning we made coffee, but the dirty cups were left for the rest of our 3 night stay. Beds were not made daily, a single shampoo was provided even when we asked for two so each guest could shower.
When we went to reception to ask for service, we were first ignored by the young lady, then she acknowledged she heard us speak but chose not to turn around and acknowledge we were waiting. E we get that your weekend was busy with a big show but we paid for that room and were expected to keep it tidy and supplied ourselves apparently. We won’t start again!
