The room was disgusting. It had dirt dust dog hair and toe nails all over the floor. Looked like it hadn’t been swept in months. Blood on the wall. Window rotten. Toilet dirty. Fridge dirty. We asked for a refund and left immediately. Zero chance we were sleeping in that room.

I liked the location and the price of the hotel. The staff was okay. The beds were comfortable and clean, and the bathroom was clean as well.
The room seemed to be in the middle of renovation. There were some unfinished holes in the walls. The heating in the room could not be adjusted. It was set to 19°C and we couldn’t increase the temperature because the thermostat buttons were not responding.

The gym had a decent number of free weights. The bathroom was nice.
The customer service prior to arriving. Rude staff who answered the phone. However, the director of operations was good and rectified the situation. The breakfast was horrible. The boiled eggs could barely peel, and most of the food tasted like crap. The coffee was also bad.

Just that the elevator was dwn when I was checking in, I was on the sixth floor. Had to leave n come back when it was fixed because I wasn’t taking the stairs with all my belongings especially when I have arthritis in my knees.
