Avross from a mall
Room stunk. Called front desk and was told there was no other rooms. Asked carpet deodorizer and got a half bottle febeeze. Had to across to shoppers drugmart and buy over $40 worrh of cleaners just to stay in the room.

Room was dated, bathroom fan was screaming loud, too many crackheads and homeless people hanging around outside.

-location to Royal Alex Hospital is second to none. We travelled from Red Deer and it was easy for us to get to the hospital for procedure.
We felt our room could be cleaner. It felt dark and the floors in bathroom corners were covered in dust/dirt.

Nice Pool. Open until 11, other hotels usually close the pool by 9 pm. Restaurant/lounge and Tim Hortons on the property.
Our room was a bit dirty. The shower had some hairs from previous renter. Nice in good weather but not in the cold of winter. In 40 below you dont want run outside

The staff was super friendly and explained our stay clearly. The rooms are comfy. The pool is very nice. Having a Tim Horton's on site was a plus!
Unfortunately, the safety around the area is questionable, I feel sorry for the security staff working here
