The location is excellent. Unfortunately the Edmonton airport is extremely far away. The convenience of walking over to the mall was nice though. The staff was super helpful and friendly, and when I left my charger for my computer they shipped it to me.
There were lots of kids running around at all hours, but it might have been due to a sporting event. It wasn't as quiet as it could have been.

Excellent food, friendly staff
Went for supper, waitress messed up both kids orders. Slow service from her.
Breakfast - waitress messed up 2 of 6 orders. Toast was cold and one family member got their food when the rest of us only had a cpl bites left.
Maybe they should be writing orders down to limit mistakes to the kitchen.

The room was 5 minutes walking distance away from the front desk,and so from the pool, the room was very dark ,even with all lights on, there is no plenty space to put your luggage, and I feel it very small ,

liked the location and the facility
lounge staff were rude. especially that Filipina was too rude for no reason. she did not even leave the menu card on our table and constantly removing it from our table..the pan cake was black in color. burnt and they did care about serving it to me and my little kid. when I went to pay she threw the receipt on the counter for me to pick it up. I run a business with 10 plus staff members. if any of my staff member behave like this they will be fired immediately. she is not fit to be in hospitality business.

Wish the price included a breakfast. That’s always such a treat when staying at hotels. But overall it was a big suite and good beds and impressed with everything else.
