Walking distance from Commonwealth Stadium. Comfortable bed and pillows. Great restaurant and bar for before and after concert.
Ceiling in bathroom was leaking water, only one caffeinated keurig for 2 people in the room.

Recently renovated rooms, very nice. Clean. Very comfortable bedding. Front desk staff were very helpful. Restaurant and lounge was very good. Serving staff in the restaurant were excellent.

We did not have the breakfast. The location was fine as it's right across from Kingsway Mall. We were impressed. There was less desirables hanging around than in previous years. The staff was friendly but not overly friendly. We found the maid service amazing as anything we need was easily brought to us or given to us. We have stayed there several times and this was the best day
For the second year in a row we have not had a working fridge when we arrived. As a suggestion, it would be better if you guys turned up the fridge and made sure it was cold before your clients came as some of us come with food and it's a hassle

The staff, both at front desk and the house keeping ladies. I had very lovely experiences with them. The room and size was nice, it was just what I needed to enjoy my trip.
I had a bit of a hard time getting hot water for a shower the one night, it didn't get hot at all, just warm. Not a big deal but a little disappointing.

The property was very clean and quiet, even though it appeared to be quite busy. The staff were absolutely wonderful. I had to come to Edmonton for medical reasons and the staff were very accommodating, including reducing our room rate, which was unexpected but very much appreciated. We will certainly book again, whether it be for medical or leisure. The property is conveniently located near hospital, restaurants and shopping.
