Staff excellent. Great breakfast.
Room dated. Shortage of electrical plugs. Furniture very worn. Bed updated and very comfortable. Bathroom updated and very nice. Bottoms falling out of dresser drawers. Screen on window had been cut open and some previous renter had thrown food out of window. Multiple times had issues with TV.

Affordable, decent continental breakfast, great staff. Good location . Lots of restaurants in Plaza. Great sushi.
Few minors technically problems: bed light not working, bathroom door handle loose … no shower mat or handle to get out of tub. Some were fixed during our stay .

The room was larger than expected and had a hot tub that unfornuately I did not get to enjoy.The front desk staff was very helpful to me.
Toilet seat needed some maintenance on to secure better. Water pressure was low on the shower.

Cleanliness and maintenance from housekeeping.
Front desk people are very friendly and communicative. they helped a lot with many of my questions.
Continental breakfast was great with many options and refilled in plenty
Big rooms with added sofa was good/
Added bonus was in house , small gym facility
The bathroom tub water flow was very slow on faucet, while shower was good.
There can be bathroom mats added to bathroom, which was missing.
The rooms lighting can be improved

During my travels this year, I stayed at several hotels, and this one was by far the best when it came to sleeping comfort. The bed was excellent, and that’s something many hotels overlook.
I just wished they had a swimming pool – it would have made the stay even more enjoyable

Location is ideal for going to other places in the city. The place is clean. Staff are friendly and helpful.
Old decorations and design. The room for 3-4 persons has not enough lightings. The bed is not big enough for 2 persons.
