We didn’t receive breakfast so if that was an option we never had it offered. Our room didn’t have enough swim towels and we were told we couldn’t get more when asked and no air condition hand it was hot and stuffy and beyond uncomfortable and only one fan provided. For the amount of money we paid per night this was disappointing

There was no breakfast. The facilities were centrally located.
The condo above ours was owned the people who had it were very noisy in the middle of the night 2:00 to 3:00 in the morning we would get woken up by people talking and stomping around. Pool area was always very busy.

It’s was big and comfortable, we could easily move around and it felt homely.
It got really hot overnight and we had to figure out how the heating systems worked in each room

A spacious suite which worked well for 4 adults and 2 children. The indoor/outdoor sauna and pool were hits.
The water in the morning was lukewarm although it heated up later in the day - not the greatest for a morning shower. The gym, which was in the next building didn't open until 8 am. 6 am would have been preferable - a very basic, small gym.

The suite was very clean, comfortable, spacious and modern, parking was underground, location in town was walking distance to lots of great restaraunts
I really can't pick anything out that I didn't like. Maybe I could suggest the addition of a couple of serving spoons and a water jug to the kitchen, but certainly it is stocked amply with most essentials

The room ( was a mini apartment ) and the location close to restaurants and the underground parking .
The check in and check lit was super easy
The water in the kids pool is pretty cold , there are no many places where to hang your items or where to store them. The only pool towels are the small ones provided in your room. Ps there are no shower cup provided in your room.

We liked the large 2 bedroom suite. Living area was spacious. We also liked the facilities. Nice indoor/outdoor hot tub. It was busy but hot tub was large. Liked the secure underground parking too.

Disappointing
Location and pool
I would like to write a positive review, but I can’t. We booked a room for New Year’s Eve, and when we arrived, there was some kind of ozone equipment in the room. It was buzzing and emitting a terrible smell. I started coughing, and we had to open all the doors and windows to air out the room. The receptionist came, removed the equipment, and said it was for air purification. However, no one should leave a room like that for guests.
Additionally, I’m not sure it’s safe because I had difficulty breathing. Since we had to air out the room, it became very cold in the bedroom. The fireplace only heated the living area. There were four adults and one child in our group, but we were only given two robes. One of them, to put it mildly, was not just far from fresh but also very old, with the belt belonging to a completely different robe.
The price was quite high for less than a full day, as check-in was at 5 p.m., and check-out was at 10 a.m. Having visited 20 countries, I have never encountered anything like this, especially on New Year’s Eve, with a check-out time of 10 a.m.!
To be fair, we asked for a late check-out since we were very tired after celebrating, and they allowed us to check out at 11 a.m.
