pool and location
it was 27 degrees in our room all night and we were mocked for asking about the AC. As well the pull out couch was broken but that was acceptable even though we had to pay extra for having our kids with us.

Staff were friendly! games room was fun.
The photos are deceiving they show a pool area that is that of the neighbouring hotel Grande Rockies, not the actual hotel so you have to walk outside and into the other hotel to access the pool. our room was tiny and dated, ripped sheets, stained towels, caved in bed.. and the second bed was broken and completely unusable. at 11 pm after someone eventually coming to try to fix it we had to relocate rooms only to check out by 10 am.. disappointing experience was not worth the money.

No breakfast. No "resort". No restaurant.
This accommodation was NOTHING as promoted. There was no spa. There was no food service. It was basically an old condo that had been re purposed into a "resort"??? The room. The lack of transparency of what this "Resort and Spa" really meant The rude reception when I expressed my disappointment calmly. She basically "threatened" that she could have charged me an extra $40 for early check-in in. Implying that she's going out of her way and that I shouldn't be complaining. 5 pm check in 10 am check out is outrageous

Clean rooms
Staff not helpful , pool that is located in another building has no change rooms so it makes it impossible to use when you have to walk outside with your wet swimming suit to get to your room.

Excellent location. Great water pressure in the shower. Good little kitchenette. We saw a whole herd of elk when we first arrived. Underground parking was good.
The bed was not comfortable and was only a double. Our room was very hot, even with the window open and the box fan running.

this is a nicely located property with (if youre lucky) amazing Mountain views from the room and also has underground parking which is very nice during cold weather
it is not mentioned on the listings that you have to walk across the parking lot, outside, to get to the so-called water park and restaurant
we also got a room with a broken, unusable, dilapidated pull-out couch, the boys had to sleep on the floor

The room was clean and had a small living room area, that was nice.
The mattress was so uncomfortable, very soggy, it sank in inches. I had to sleep on the sofa. And in the kitchen, the electric outlets didn't work. We had to move the appliances around the room to use them. Nonsense. And no one picked up the phone when we wanted to call the reception to get the socket problem ixed.

Can cook and the room had a vacuum, fan and more. It's almost I feel at home. We can park our vehicle at their underground parking. It might it was not busy time of a year. I am not sure if we can or can't.
