Comfortable bed and linens, clean, comfortable, great suite amenities, nice little deck with clean out door furnishings. Large bathtub, spacious, easy to manage room temperature, good parking options
Disappointed that there is a 10 am check out with no negation of leaving after 11
Not even standard 11 am check out.
When you pay good money for a place to sleep and you are on VACATION- you should have the option to sleep in and have breakfast in the condo. By the time we tried to relax and eat our breakfast- we were stressed trying to follow the early check time .
You should change this. This is a condo with kitchen amenities. No time for a shower, no time to relax, clean up, pack up
Its go- go-go
We were irritated by this. Made our morning very busy instead of relaxed.
I wont stay here again they allow at least 11 am check out.

We enjoyed the entire suite. It was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfy.
We appreciated that there were so many appliances and dish ware to make us feel more at home and help save us money especially on breakfast and coffee/tea! The spa was nice too!
We also loved the local coffee (caused us to go buy some!) as well as lots of extra shampoo etc.
We only had two things we didnt love.
1. we were in Aurora and it was kind of annoying to have to go into the parkade to go from our suite to the lobby or pool or to the bow part where our family was.
2. The pool wasnt very exciting for a resort this fancy but were glad there was a pool.

Bed was comfortable
Dishwasher out of order, chips from last guest still in bowl, floor not swept, floor lifting in spots, dirty, pool area needs reno and screaming kids made it super loud indoors, had to walk through parade to get to foyer and pool. Just a lot of money per night but not getting spent on updates or good cleaners.

Location is great! Nice views and only 25 minutes from Banff. Black dog cafe is right across the street. Didnt go into many of the facilities.
Parking is tight, hard to get big vehicles in and out of spaces.

The soaker tub was so relaxing! The room was a absolute dream, very clean!
We arrived at our checkout time, but our room was not ready, however we quickly got a room key when I told them I was here to get married the next day and needed to get prepared. We booked for 2 nights, on our wedding night return to our room, the key code did not work and we had to go back down to get another. (might have been because of the room we got was not our originally booked (that is what I'm telling myself anyway lol)

Staff was friendly, suite was clean, good location. Pricey. Definitely ask for a mountain view on an upper floor.
Gym facility was lacking. No restaurant on site, only a small cafe/shop.

location was pretty good, size of the room was nice
Didn't realize this was a room owned by someone other than the hotel so the staff couldn't really do anything about the issues with the room. Furnishings were a joke - hole in 1 of the couches that was taped up, cushions didn't match up so you couldn't sit on it. Phone didn't work, washer and dryer was a joke. Has a kitchen for cooking but not much to cook with. Kitchen faucet leaked. I asked for a different room but staff couldn't do that because of the way the this is an owned room - basically like a time share
