good location
Expensive enough(2400$ +) for 3 nights stay around Canada Day holiday. Surprise to our expectations, as we were there the first day, it was after 4pm, there’s no front desk to help us accommodate ourselves in. We only got simple SMS and after replying with information, then no one’s giving any keys or credentials or any form of information of even the room number we were supposed to stay. After making several calls to different sources of contact for more than half an hour, there’s a guy answered our call, but instead of appeasing our angers, the helpdesk online was rude to us, barely put us on hold while they worked out the check-in system, and the line dropped while we waited, and we had to call back, then another helpdesk answered the call and finally helped us through the check-in process. And after we parked the vehicle, we found all the elevators were under renovation, and we ended up with lifting luggage’s up to the 3rd floors, it was almost 1and a half hours after we arrived, we had seniors and kids, they were totally exhausted.
Then we called the helpline again, trying to ask for an explanation of this series of incidents, after negotiations, the helpdesk did finally agreed to reimburse us 10% of the total cost, but she said it’s through booking so it would take some time. We accepted, just didn’t want to be involved and therefore ruin the whole day with this unpleasant check in experience.
Nevertheless, the stay was good, it’s spacious and close to groceries and restaurants.
The funniest thing is, when I commented this on Jul 29, it’s almost a month after the stay, I still haven’t seen any sign of reimbursement back to our bank, nor any messages from the hotel or bookings explaining something. It’s the worst accommodation experiences we had in Canada for years. I admitted that there’re plenty hotels in Banff/Canmore which are very good, but certainly not this hotel.

Suites / Apartments are very well equipped. Beds very comfortable. We were in the middle of our stay in Canada, washing machine and dryer helped a lot. Resort has a small pool, kids used it and had a great fun. Gym is very nice, opened only till 19:00 during our stay. Parking is in the underground garage, elevator and you are in the room..
Check-in is online, if something doesn't work and you came to facility, no one is there to help. Service line / chat are working well. A bit longer distance to the city centre (30min).

We liked that it had a washer and dryer and a full kitchen.
The online staff were very helpful with helping us navigate the check in process and an issue we had with the dryer.

Towels were extremely worn and ratty. The opposite of "spa-like"
This looks (and sells itself) like a beautiful, high-end hotel/resort/spa, but our actual room (B306) was more comparable to a dated Motel 6 or Super 8. The location was OK, but not worth the $725USD/night. Would not recommend.

Rashi was extremely helpful and patience while trying to find an alternative place for us to stay at a very busy season. She worked hard to try to make a terrible situation workable. Even offering an additional accommodation if we were not pleased with the size of the new unit. She also reduced the price and gave us a bottle of wine.
I had an accommodation reserved. A 2 bedroom Mountain View in Aurora Suites. I upgraded to a 2 bedroom deluxe suite. When I did it, the message said the elevators were being worked on. I called later to cancel one of the units. I spoke to a young man and asked about the elevators and if the ungraded unit was in that building and he said no. I explained to him we were 4 seniors with 2 of us having walking issues. He assured me again that there was not an issue. I cancelled the smaller unit. On the day I had not received my check-in info. So I called the # on the reservation. I spoke with Rashi and they had sent it but it must have gone to my “junk” file. It was a good thing, because the unit was in the building with the elevator issue. Rashi worked hard at 4 pm no vacancies, to find us a unit in another building with a working elevator. Finally she found a smaller unit. If the unit was too small, she offered an additional 1 bedroom unit, but it was in another building. A 5 minute walk away. That was not a workable situation. So, we took the 2 bedroom unit she found. It was OK, just disappointing. She offered a $250 credit, which is what the upgraded unit was and a bottle of wine. The only check-in information sent by text was the building, unit code and wi-fi info. No parking or garage info. I stopped at the Solars building to find out the info. No one there. Closes at 6. We asked around and called Rashi who told us how to get to the building from the Bow building from the Solara office, but not the garage. I asked several people outside and they explained the garage parking. It was all very confusing and after a long drive frustrating. The next day I went to the Somsrs office and spoke to a nice young woman, that the Solara office had nothing to do with our unit. Another office, I believe Rocky something. She was not at all helpful and kind of snippy. I was not rude, so confused by her attitude. I called Rashi again.

The place was dusty and outdated. The code sent to me didn't work, had to get a new one at 2am. Safe didn't work, nor the wifi. The fireplace in the bedroom was broken.

Location and size of rooms.
Safety issue with elevator not working on booked days. An email was sent few days prior but we were not able to read it until the day of our arrival in the property. No other option given or was offered any help. My husband had to go to the ER after our vacation due to severe back pain.

Location was great and the size of the suite was really good.
Couldn’t get wifi to work for first 24 hours and staff was not helpful. Left the room and couldn’t get back in. Staff came to try and ended up having to reprogram access code. Showers had to run a long time before we got warm water. Check out time was 10:00 am.

Size of rooms, bed linens, clawfoot tubs, and views from the balcony.
Elevator was still not repaired so having to walk up and down six flights of stairs every time we wanted to go somewhere was very difficult. We also found the beds too soft and the pillows strangely very little like child size.
